(Source: City of Palo Alto, CA) UPDATE: Mitchell Park Library has reopened as of 2PM Sunday, Sept. 27. The City closed the Mitchell Park Library Weds., Sept. 23 at 6 p.m. to allow a pest control company to inspect and treat a limited area within the library where bed bugs had been identified. The City was notified that bed bugs had been found in two chairs within a limited area on the first floor, which was then cordoned off from the public....
